    Your first receptionist

From a new workspace to a tested voice agent, one clear step at a time.

You can explore these guides without an account. Sign in to save agents, knowledge and connections in your workspace.

    1. Sign in or create your account

Choose Sign in and enter your account email and password. If you need an account, choose Sign up, enter your name, email and password, then choose Create Account. Where sign-up is turned off, accounts are created by invitation: open the link in the invitation email and choose a password. Follow any email verification instructions before signing in. Create and verify accounts in the web app; native previews use an existing account.

    2. Open the setup guide

From Home, choose Test your assistant to try a prepared assistant. If you need to set one up, expand Setup guide for the onboarding checklist. Choose the agent you are working on and follow its next step. Personal checklist confirmations help you keep track; they do not verify a provider connection or enable calls.

    3. Create an agent and add your answers

In Assistants, choose Create assistant. Give it a name, language, voice and clear instructions. Add reviewed company answers in Knowledge, then open Assistant settings to save your draft.

    4. Test, verify and publish

Start a browser test, allow microphone access and try realistic questions. End the conversation, verify the completed test, then publish that tested version. Your administrator must have configured the voice service first.

    5. Connect a phone route when you are ready

Publishing prepares the voice agent. A phone number or SIP route still needs its own setup and administrator verification. Test your configured line before relying on it for callers.

    6. Review your first calls

Open Conversations to inspect the conversation and save any callbacks, tasks or appointment requests as Follow-ups. Use Appointments when staff are ready to confirm an Outlook booking.
